The entrance to the underground car park to my apartment building is on the opposite side of the road. I have a telescope trained on the entrance and it has the time in the top right hand corner so I can see what time her car arrives.

It takes 28 minutes to get from her apartment block on the other side of the city to my apartments underground car park….I allow her 33. That includes parking her car in space 34 and then taking about 20 steps to the hall in the car park where the stairs and lift are.

She then has three flights of stairs to come up before she can get to my apartment….that’s 42 steps, I allow her 2 minutes to get to my apartment from her car…..she cant take the lift. I will know if she takes the lift as it is right opposite my apartment and I can hear the bell when the door opens, I also look through the peephole in my door. She can’t run up the stairs either.

That’s 35 minutes from her apartment to mine….it can be done….more importantly it has to be done.

I see her three times a week.

I text her the day before to tell her what time she is to arrive for our appointment and also what clothes, underwear and shoes she has to wear and she must not wear jewellery of any sort…not even a watch.

Once a month I go to her apartment to check her clothes, I have to approve her clothes, shoes, underwear, etc before she buys them. She has to take a photograph of them in the shop and ask my permission to buy them. She usually has good taste so it’s usually a yes, but sometimes it’s a no. I keep the photographs and write the date she bought them on the back. She must show me the receipts from the shop.

I go through the photographs once a month and give her the photographs of the clothes, underwear and shoes that she is to get rid off….I put a red mark across the photographs. She then has to give them away to a charity of my choosing. That is why I go to her apartment to check her clothes.

When she arrives at my apartment she must take her clothes off and be weighed on an electronic scales. I find these to be most accurate.
Her weight has to be around 115lbs. She is 5 ft 4in tall and her measurements are 36c-24-36. I check her measurements once a month….this could be at any time. I allow her weight to go up to about 120lbs….of course if its more she will be punished.

She goes to the gym to keep fit.

A sub has to have rules to abide by and a Master has to provide these rules.
